This is an action for wrongful death, brought by plaintiff Larson, as administrator of the estate of Kit Barley Brewer, deceased, against defendants as Trustees of the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railway Company. The trial court overruled defendants’ motion for an instructed verdict, and submitted the case to the jury, and from judgment rendered on a verdict for plaintiff defendants appeal.
