MEMORANDUM DECISION
SAM, District Judge.
Before the court is the motion of defendants ROA General, Inc., Reagan National Advertising of Austin, Inc., and Reagan Management (Reagan) to dismiss plaintiffs’ claims under the Equal Pay Act and Title VII, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Reagan also moves to strike allegations in plaintiffs’ amended complaint comparing plaintiffs’ duties, compensation, and benefits to a former male coworker and plaintiffs’ demand for damages of $3 million.
