MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
PATRICK F. KELLY, Chief Judge.
This matter comes before the court on the motion for summary judgment by the defendant, The Boeing Company. A hearing was held on February 22,1995, and the court now is ready to rule.
Plaintiff Kerry Castleberry worked for Boeing from April 1979 until August 1982 and from January 1984 until his discharge in August 1992. Castleberry was a first-level manager from 1984 until 1990 and a second-level manager from 1990 until his discharge.
