MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

KANE, Senior District Judge.

Plaintiff, Catherine Noel, sues Defendant, Medtronic Electromedics, Inc. (“Electromedics”) for employment discrimination on the basis of gender under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., as amended; unequal pay pursuant to the Equal Pay Act, 29 U.S.C. § 206(d), as amended, and Colo.Rev.Stat. § 24-34-402 (1988), as amended, and for outrageous con- duet.
