Case Summary. [1] Janet Turner, James Turner, and Jan Tee, Inc., (collectively “the Turners”) appeal the granting of a motion to enforce the parties’ settlement agreement and judgment of foreclosure filed by Nations-tar Mortgage, LLC, (“Nationstar”). We affirm.
