The National Labor Relations Board has petitioned for the enforcement of its order of September 24, 1942, directing the respondents to cease and desist (a) from discouraging membership in the International Union of Mine, Mill and Smelter Workers or any other labor organization of their employees; (b) from giving effect to any contract of employment now in existence between the respondents and their individual employees, or requiring, as a condition of employment, execution of such Contracts by the individual employees; and (c) from in any other manner interfering with,…
