This is an appeal from the grant of a demurrer and the dismissal of Ms. Kevin Danler’s petition that sought recovery from Rosen Auto Leasing, Inc. (Rosen), for property damage sustained when her automobile was struck by a vehicle leased by Rosen to Theresa Wilburn.
