This appeal is taken from plural judgments — the first by defendants-appellants Great Northern Railway Company, a Minnesota Corporation, and Marvin Hanson, its engineer employee from a judgment in favor of plaintiff-respondent Stanley Sztaba for $61,000; the second by defendant-appellant rail*189road from a judgment in favor of cross-defendant and respondent Yitali Tile Company for $1,500.
