This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of defendants in a sur vivorship and wrongful death action entered on a jury verdict in the District Court, Dawson County. Plaintiff further appeals from an order denying plaintiff’s motion for a directed verdict, and from an order denying motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or in the alternative a new trial.
