This is an appeal from a judgment and denial of a motion for judgment in accordance with motion for directed verdict or for new trial in an action tried in the district court of the eighteenth judicial district, county of Gallatin. The case was tried to a jury which returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff Buby Brandenburger, administratrix of the estate of Clarence B. Brandenburger, deceased.
