The State filed a four-count delinquency petition against the respondent, WM., in the circuit court of Kankakee County alleging that respondent had committed the offenses of burglary (720 ILCS 5/19 — 1 (West 2000)) and criminal trespass to vehicles (720 ILCS 5/21 — 2 (West 2000)). Respondent entered an admission to two counts of burglary pursuant to a plea agreement and the trial court adjudicated the respondent a delinquent minor. Respondent was subsequently sentenced to the Department of Corrections for an indeterminate period. Respondent now appeals, and we remand.
