ORDER

THRASH, District Judge.

This is an action for alleged copyright violations under the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et. seq.), misrepresentations in violation of the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1125(a)), and various state law claims. The case is before the Court on Defendant Sanctuary Record Group Inc.’s Motion for Summary Judgment, Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, and Motion to Dismiss. [Doc. 19.] .For the reasons set forth below, Defendant’s motions are granted in part and denied in part.
