The appellant, a subtenant of a certain room or place in the Worth Hotel building in Ft. Worth, in which he is operating a saloon, sought an injunction against. Winfield Scott and another to restrain them from engaging in the sale of intoxicating liquors at another place in said building and otherwise from breaching the terms of complainant’s lease from the Worth Hotel Company, the original tenants under whom complainant holds.
