This suit was brought by appellant, a corporation, against B. B. Lindsey, Y. A. Barnes, Dr. Knight, and ■ — ——■ Moore, composing the Waco Oil Company, a partnership, upon a written contract by the terms of which appellant leased to appellee its warehouse, storage tank and motor driven pump on the Houston & Texas Central Railway Company right of way siding and a building located at 110 South Eighth street in Waco, Tex., with certain property therein, for a period of seventeen months, beginning May 1, 1922, for the total sum of $3,740, payable $220 per month in advance.
