By this appeal thp appellants seek to reverse an order of the circuit court denying their motion to dissolve a temporary injunction obtained by the com-' plainant, Wilson-Bro adway Building Corporation, upon the filing of its bill.'

This suit involves certain property at the northwest corner of Wilson avenue and Broadway in the City of Chicago. The elevated structure of the Northwestern Elevated Railroad Company, used by the trains of that company as well as those of the other defendant, the Chicago, North Shore & Milwaukee Railroad, passes over this property.
