Alberto Ramirez appeals from a district court order denying his petition for post-conviction relief. Ramirez was found guilty by a jury of two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. I.C. § 37-2732. Ramirez contends that the trial court erred *1039by failing to make specific findings of fact and conclusions of law on the two issues raised in his petition. Those issues, which are also raised in this appeal, are whether the state erred by failing to disclose exculpatory evidence to Ramirez, and whether his attorney failed to properly represent him.
