Presently before the court is a motion to dismiss filed by the defendant C. Overaa & Co. ("Overaa") made pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.Pro. 12(b)(2) and 12(b)(6). (Doc. 12). The motion argues that the complaint, which plaintiff Carbonite Filter Corporation ("Carbonite") filed, should be dismissed for lack of general and specific personal jurisdiction over Overaa, a California company.
