MEMORANDUM OPINION

KATZ, District Judge.

The Plaintiff in this action, Rayeann Boroff, brings claims arising from the death of her husband, Michael Boroff, whose death is alleged to have resulted from his use of the prescription drug Duragesic. Defendants Alza Corporation, OrthoMcNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Sandoz, Inc. (“Defendants”) now move to dismiss the complaint pursuant to Fed.
