The Chancellor :

This case is before the court on a bill of interpleader filed by E. I. duPont de Nemours & Company, the complainant. The question to be determined is whether, under the undisputed facts hereinafter stated, the 200 shares of the common stock issued by that *154company belongs to Francis I. duPont & Co., or to Laird & Company, and to which of those companies stock certificates should, therefore, be issued.
