Plaintiff Rosalie Johnson brings this action pro se on behalf of her grandson, Theorian Johnson, to review the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”) finding that Theo-rian is ineligible for Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”). The Commissioner has moved for judgment on the pleadings and dismissal pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(c).
