Maria Tejada appeals from the judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Sidney H. Stein, District Judge, adopting the Report and Recommendation of Andrew J. Peck, Magistrate Judge), granting defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings and upholding a final determination by the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying Tejada’s application for Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) disability benefits.
