Buffy Bush appeals from the sentence of 188 months’ imprisonment the district court imposed after Bush pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess cocaine base with intent to distribute it. The district court declined to adjust Bush’s offense level downward to account for a mitigating role under U.S.S.G. § 3B1.2(b) (Nov.2002).
