Appellant Patrick Thompson appeals from his sentence of 120 months imprisonment after pleading guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846 (1988), and two counts of assaulting a federal officer, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 111 (1988).
