Reversing.

In this action of ejectment, between the appellants, Thomas H. Nelson and William K. Nelson, whom we will call the plaintiffs, and the appellees, Moses Johnson and Fred Johnson, whom we will hereafter call the defendants, the ownership of a tract of fifty acres of very rough and broken land was involved. The plaintiffs and defendants claim to have derived title to the lands from a common source.
