This suit was 'begun by the appellants, W. Perry Cox and his wife, Luck Edwards Cox, who will hereafter be referred to as the plaintiffs, and they allege that W. Perry Cox is the owner of a tract of land in Edmonson county, Kentucky; that the appellee, Colossal Cavern Company, whom we will hereafter refer to as the defendant, is claiming to own all the caves and rights of way for caves that may be upon or under said tract of land; that it has the power and privilege of exploring, opening, visiting and exhibiting said cave or caves to…
