Before the Court are two motions involving application of the economic loss rule to tort claims for economic damages brought under Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana law. These motions are, (1) Distributor Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss or, Alternatively, to Strike Plaintiffs’ Claims for Economic Damages (Rec. Doc.
