Before the Court is a Motion for Partial Dismissal (Rec. Doc. No. 28) filed by Defendants Jaybar, LLC, Mazama, LLC, Reggie Harper, Terry King, Pamela King, and Northshore Financial, LLC; a Motion to Strike (Rec. Doc. No. 32) filed by Intervenor-Plaintiff Martha Temples; and a Motion for Sanctions (Rec. Doc. No. 41) also filed by Intervenor-Plaintiff.
