LETTOW, Judge.

Liability having already been established in this timber-sale contracts case, see Scott Timber, Inc. v. United States, 86 Fed.Cl. 102 (2009), a trial on damages is scheduled to commence August 16, 2010. However, motions in limine filed by the government regarding plaintiffs lay and expert witnesses require immediate attention. The government seeks to preclude testimony at trial of eight of plaintiffs proposed fact witnesses and to preclude expert testimony from another of plaintiffs proposed witnesses who would testify both as a fact witness and as an expert.…
