MEMORANDUM OPINION

BRINKEMA, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs Motion for Judgment on the Administrative Record and defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff, William F. Williams, brought this civil action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(1)(B), to recover short and long-term disability insurance benefits under his employee welfare benefit plan. For the reasons stated below plaintiffs Motion for Judgment on the Administrative Record will be DENIED and defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment will be GRANTED.
