OPINION
MURNAGHAN, Circuit Judge:
Under the long-term disability plan of the Sara Lee Corporation, Brenda Elliott received benefits for a year due to her obesity and degenerative disc disease. After the first year of disability, Sara Lee terminated Elliott’s benefits, upon a finding that she could perform some sedentary work.
