The plaintiffs in this instance are residential property owners in the Michael and John Sprenger subdivision in the immediate vicinity of the property formerly occupied by Eastwood Park. This major amusement center was operated from the 1920’s down to recent years on the unsubdivided northeast corner of Eight Mile road and G-ratiot avenue.
