State Ex Rel. Lisbon Town Fire Insurance v. Crosby

In the complaints in each of three actions, which the relator, Lisbon Town Fire Insurance Company, brought as plaintiff against Ernest E. Tracy, Plans Lund, and William J. Troy, respectively, it prayed for judgment for the specified amount of an assessment with interest “together with all legal costs and charges incurred in maintaining this action, together with its taxable costs and disbursements.” On the appeals from judgments dismissing the complaints, the mandate of this court in Lisbon Town Fire Ins.
