This is an appeal from a judgment on the verdict of a jury in a workmen’s compensation appeal, which reversed the decision of the State Industrial Accident Commission that the employee died on July 29, 1950 from a cause not connected with the accidental personal in jury. The employer and Insurer appeal from the judgment and from refusal of a motion for a directed verdict and a motion for judgment n. o. v.
