On June 12, 2001, came on to be heard the Objection to Schedule C filed by the Chapter 13 trustee in the above-referenced case (the “Objection”). Having reviewed the Objection and considered the evidence and arguments of counsel, the court took the matter under advisement at the conclusion of the hearing.
