MEMORANDUM DECISION
LEIF M. CLARK, Bankruptcy Judge.
A creditor, International Bank of Commerce (“IBC”), has filed an objection to the debtor’s claim of homestead exemption. Another creditor, Lance P. Welch, has joined IBC’s objection.
