OPINION

QUIST, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Ryan Posthumus (“Posthu-mus”), has sued Defendants, the Board of Education of the Mona Shores Public Schools (the “Board”), Dennis Vanderstelt (“Vanderstelt”), Jennifer Bustard (“Bustard”), William Trujillo (“Trujillo”), and Terrence Babbitt (“Babbitt”), alleging claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for violation of his First Amendment free speech rights and substantive and procedural due process rights under the Fourteenth Amendment.
