Plaintiff Francisco Acevedo, Jr. (“Acevedo”) and defendant James Parizo (“Parizo”) have each filed a motion for reconsideration of my oral ruling on the defendants’ motion for summary judgment, which I granted in part and de nied in part at the motion hearing held on February 26, 2008. Specifically, Pari-zo seeks reconsideration of my ruling denying summary judgment on all the Fourth Amendment false arrest, false imprisonment, unlawful search and seizure, and malicious prosecution and related state law claims against him.…
