Steven Todd Castleberry (“Castleber-ry”) appeals his conviction of unlawfully carrying a weapon. The sole issue presented on appeal is whether the trial court erred in denying Castleberry’s motion to suppress a knife and a statement he made after his arrest. We reverse the trial court’s judgment and remand the cause to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
