After the denial of his motions to suppress, Appellant Walter Tendai Chidyausi-ku pled guilty to intoxication assault and intoxication manslaughter, charged in separate indictments, reserving his right to appeal the denial of his motions to suppress. He pled “not true” to the deadly-weapon allegation in each case.
