FirstLine Transportation Security, Inc. (FirstLine) filed its post-award bid protest complaint on June 10, 2011. In its complaint, FirstLine challenges the award of a contract by the United States Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to Akal Security, Inc. (Akal), pursuant to Solicitation No. HSTS03-10-R-SPP032 (the RFP).
