JACKSON, Judge.

D.M.B. (“the juvenile”) appeals his 27 November 2007 adjudication and disposition for assault causing serious bodily injury. For the reasons stated below, we affirm, but remand with instructions as to the order of restitution.

On 19 October 2007, T.G. (“the victim”) was a fifteen-year-old student at Nash Central High School. When he got off the school bus that afternoon, the juvenile — whom he had not seen before as he did not ride his bus and did not go to his school — approached him and asked him about something that was “going on” at school.
