OPINION

MACKEY K. HANCOCK, Justice.

Appellant, Jason Dean Bolen, appeals his conviction for driving while intoxicated, 1 a third-degree felony, for which the trial court imposed a sentence of six years’ incarceration. We will affirm.

Factual and Procedural History

Appellant was driving his pickup truck when Tom Green County Deputy Gary Cole stopped him for disregarding a stop sign and failing to signal a turn. After stopping the truck and after a fellow deputy, Keith Jones, arrived to assist, the deputies asked appellant’s three passengers to exit the truck, and Cole spoke with the cooperative…
