This was an action of ejectment, brought in the district court of "Wyandotte county, to recover the possession of a tract of land in Kansas City, Kansas. The case was tried by the court without a jury, and judgment rendered in favor of. the defendants in error for the possession. The defendants, as plaintiffs in error, bring the record here for reveiw. The record is very voluminous, comprising 714 pages.
