The record in this case presents but few disputed questions of fact, and those of but minor importance. But two errors are presented as occurring at the trial, and these are, first: In the introduction and admission of evidence on behalf of the plaintiff as to the amount of improvements made upon the land in controversy after its purchase and possession by the plaintiff.
