The defendant, H. G. Brummett, and one L. C. Tanggard were'.jointly charged with removing and secreting personal property held under a conditional bill of sale. The charging part of the information is as follows:
“That the said H. G. Brummett and L. C. Tanggard, in the county of Pierce, in the state of Washington, on or about the 2d day of December, nineteen hundred and fifteen then and there being unlawfully, and being in possession of a certain Ford Motor Car under a conditional sales contract or lease, dated July 24th, 1915, and entered into between Automobile Finance Company, vendor, and…
