This suit was instituted by plaintiff, Delta County Farmers’ Association, a corporation, against'the defendant, Liverpool & London & Globe Insurance Company, a corporation, to recover the sum of four thousand ($4,000) dollars as loss by fire, on cotton in bales, covered by two contract's or certificates of insurance of $2,000 each issued by defendant to plaintiff under an open policy.
