This Winstar-related case is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and Defendant’s Cross-Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on the issue of damages for breach of contract. In a previous opinion, the Court found that Defendant was liable to Plaintiffs, Citizens Federal Bank, FSB, et. al.
