Bluebonnet Savings Bank FSB v. United States
United States Court of Federal Claims

Neither the parties nor the court were starting from scratch as six previous opinions and an extensive initial damages trial had already been etched onto the tablet. The issue examined at trial, therefore, did not concern entitlement as the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (Federal Circuit) had on two separate occasions rejected defendant’s argument that plaintiffs should receive no damages.
