ORDER
■Police officers from the Village of Green-dale, Wisconsin, arrested Stephen Blood-worth at his home and seized three guns from inside the residence. After a station-house interview, Bloodworth was taken to the Milwaukee County jail. Prosecutors charged him with disorderly conduct, and after a bail hearing he was released from the jail. The criminal charge was dismissed four months later. Bloodworth then sued the Village and County under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
