This insurance coverage dispute stems from an accident that occurred when Carl Brumit was backing his truck out of á parking space at a gas station and he hit Delores Menard as she walked through the parking lot. At the time of the accident, Brumit was insured through a business auto liability policy issued by State Auto Property and Casualty Insurance Company (“State Auto”).
